These monthly drop in sessions which run in conjunction with Mindfulness Cornwall are open to past Alumni and those interested to begin their mindfulness practice.
Sessions will include a mix of sitting practice, mindful movement and body scan practice, as well as exploring different themes each month.
Practising with others is a supportive way to start a Mindfulness practice and also to continue one. Committing to this each month can help us sustain a regular practice.
Cost: £5 / session - bring cash or you can pay by card on the day.

Session Preparation
Please come ready to start the session at 11am. Bring a yoga mat / your own meditation cushion /stool if you prefer to use these. Chairs, yoga mats and blocks are also available to use at the Zed Shed. Wear comfortable clothing and bring some water if needed.
