Mindfulness Orientation

Friday 27th September 7-830pm, Cscape Pilates Studio, Sunflower Studios, Commercial Road, Penryn.

This will be a chance to learn more about what Mindfulness is, how it works and the benefits of practising it. It will also be an opportunity to meet those who will attending the 8 week course which is starting the following week. If you are unable to attend the 8 week course but would still like to attend then you are welcome. There will be no cost for those attending the 8 week course and a £10 charge for those attending just for that session.
