Establishing an ongoing mindfulness practice once your 8 week course has been completed can be difficult, and research also shows that this ongoing practice is the most beneficial way to embed and develop the skills and attitudes cultivated during the 8 week course. To support ongoing practice, you can join the mindfulness practice group which runs once a month, open for people who have completed an 8 week course.
This is a closed group for people who find that the commitment to a monthly practice group helps to support them to continue to deepen their practice and keep it alive and growing. There will be a theme for each month and the session will include guided practices and also time for discussion. This group can be offered as a blended course with online and in person participants forming the group.
The group will meet on Thursday 7-9pm at Chyan Sky Barn. Those joining online will join via Zoom.
