This is a drop in group that will explore The Heart Sutra, supported by Thich Nhat Hanh’s book The Other Shore. We will meet to sing Plum Village songs, chant the Plum Village Heart Sutra and enjoy a silent or guided sitting practice. We will then read sections from the book or listen a talk, together with a chance to discuss and share about our learning and its relevance in our lives.

There is an opportunity to offer Dana (make a donation) to support hire costs and the facilitator.
